1. Program description
If you separately opt in, LegacyIQ4 may send recurring customer-care text messages from 629-325-1981 about a request you submitted, account or service support, property or projection updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, LegacyIQ4 may send recurring product information, service announcements, offers, and other promotional messages. Customer-care and marketing consent are optional and are collected separately where offered.
2. Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By selecting an optional SMS consent box or otherwise providing documented consent, you authorize LegacyIQ4 to send the selected category of text messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. 4. Opt out
Reply STOP to any LegacyIQ4 message to stop all LegacyIQ4 text messages. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed. You may also use common opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opting out, do not send additional text messages unless you want to re-enroll through a valid consent method. You may also revoke consent through our contact form, by calling 629-325-1981, or by making another clear request to stop. We will honor reasonable opt-out language, not only exact keywords.
