1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LegacyIQ4, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use LegacyIQ4 for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LegacyIQ4 provides software for business-development workflows, communication intelligence, property opportunity management, projection preparation, follow-up, and related operational tasks. Features may change as the service evolves. Some features depend on third-party communications, data, hosting, or integration providers.
3. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that users under your organization have appropriate authority and permissions.
4. Responsible communications
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, recipients, and timing of communications initiated through your account. You must honor opt-outs and communication preferences, maintain any consent required by law, and avoid deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or unsolicited communications. Possession of a phone number does not by itself establish consent to send marketing text messages.
Text messaging is also governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
5. Artificial intelligence and human review
LegacyIQ4 may generate drafts, classifications, analyses, recommendations, and projections using artificial intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require qualified human review. You are responsible for verifying an output before relying on it or using it in an external communication. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, LegacyIQ4 does not autonomously make contractual commitments on your behalf.
6. Projection disclaimer
Property projections, revenue scenarios, market observations, and comparable analyses are estimates for planning purposes only. They are not appraisals, guarantees of revenue or occupancy, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or promises of future performance. Actual results can vary materially because of market conditions, property characteristics, operating decisions, expenses, regulations, and other factors.
7. Customer content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant LegacyIQ4 the limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process the content.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use LegacyIQ4 to:
- violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or communications rules;
- circumvent consent, suppression, security, access, or usage controls;
- introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service;
- misrepresent identity, affiliation, projections, or business terms; or
- reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted in a written agreement or by law.
9. Intellectual property
LegacyIQ4 and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by LegacyBot.ai LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited rights necessary to use the service under these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LegacyIQ4 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegacyIQ4 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate subscription or customer agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
